By using Prospetra, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Prospetra provides website audit, evidence-based prospecting, outreach, and workspace tools. Public-page audit findings reflect available evidence and coverage, not guarantees.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity carried out through your account.
4. Plans and activation
The plan catalog is Free, Pro, and Max. The Free plan has limited features. Paid-plan activation is currently arranged manually by WhatsApp; displayed plan information is subject to the active catalog.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and responsibly. Do not use audits or outreach tools to send spam, harass others, violate rights, or breach applicable law.
6. Data and privacy
We process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide the service. Public URLs may be processed to create audit reports.
7. Intellectual property
Prospetra owns the service and its technology. You retain rights in your submitted data, subject to these Terms.
