1. Who We Are
Prospetra is a growth intelligence workspace that audits websites, finds qualified prospects, and drafts outreach. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Service, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
2. Information You Give Us
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp we keep that correspondence so we can answer you. We never store card details — paid plans are currently activated manually, so no payment data passes through the Service.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
We record basic technical data needed to run and secure the Service: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used, and we do not sell or rent this data to anyone.
4. Audit Data
When you run a website audit we fetch the public page at the URL you submit and store the resulting report against your account (or against a share token, for anonymous audits). Audit URLs and reports are not shared with third parties or used to build marketing lists. You can delete an audit at any time from your dashboard.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember interface preferences such as a dismissed banner or an in-progress audit. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the Service (running audits, generating outreach, keeping you signed in), to support you when you get in touch, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to improve the product. We do not use your content to train third-party models beyond what is required to generate the output you asked for.
7. Service Providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and AI model providers used to generate audit recommendations and draft emails. Each processes data only on our instructions and only as far as needed to deliver their part of the Service.
8. Data Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymous audits accessed only by share token are retained so the link keeps working, and are removed once they are no longer accessed. If you close your account we delete your personal data, except records we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
9. Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, API access uses scoped tokens, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
10. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time — from your profile settings, or by emailing us. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. We respond to requests within 30 days.
11. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or with a notice in the app, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
